WP has been entrusted to digitally transform the Property Launch and Sales process for one of the biggest Property Developers in Malaysia – Sime Darby Property (SDP). Since Movement Control Order (MCO) 1.0, SDP has been able to launch and sell online. To-date, WP has launched more than 70 phases digitally for SDP. Through a proven methodology and process, we are able to optimize SDP’s A&P expenses, improve take-up rates while booking cancellation is reduced greatly.
